Working at Ebates is amazing! Even in these tough economic times more and more shoppers are coming to Ebates for their online shopping. Each time that we begin printing checks and sending Paypal payments, the list of folks getting paid gets longer. We've watched the check printing project go from being a weekend project where we filled the backseat of a Jeep and drove to the post office, to now being a month-long undertaking that culminates in the mailing of millions of dollars.

As we've said before, this is the best part of working at Ebates. We love sending you money!

This time we are sending out cash-back and bonuses that were earned prior to January 1st. Due to the size of the payment distribution, all payments are not sent at once. We will begin processing payments now, and all eligible payments will be sent soon. 

Your Ebates account may change, your cash-back may moving from "Cash Pending" to your "Cash Back History". This process will be competed for all eligible accounts by Monday, February 15th. We realize that this is a postal holiday, so we hope to get most of the checks mailed early. Paypal payments will be made on time, if not early.

If you are waiting on a payment, and don't see it coming, please make sure that you have at least $5.01 in cash-back for orders in your account dated prior to January 1st. Also, make sure that you provided your name and mailing address to us by February 1st. If you don't qualify, don't worry; any funds that do not get paid this time will be carried over to our next payment date in May.

Sign up or other bonuses do not count toward the needed $5.01. Also, make sure that we have your name and mailing address on file.

November is a wild time here at Ebates. You can really feel the holiday shopping season suddenly start up. Not only do we start to see incredible deals like the November Double promotion, but we also send out payments to our members on the 15th. It is great to send out money to our members that can be used right away to buy holiday gifts for friends and family.

Over the next few days, we will be transferring your pending Cash Back balance into a payment to be sent out by November 15th. Once your funds are processed, the eligible orders will be moved from your "Cash Pending" to your "Cash Back History" in your Ebates account.

We have currently done this for many members, but the process doesn't happen all at once.   Your patience is appreciated as we process all eligible accounts. By November 15th we will get to everyone who qualifies, and payments will be sent out by check or by Paypal. When we send your payment, we will also send you an email to let you know that it is on the way.

Please keep in mind that in order to get a payment by November 15th, you needed to earn at least $5.01 in Cash Back for orders made prior to October 1st. Promotional and referral bonuses do not count toward the needed $5.01. If you need more information, please see our Help page that contains the payment schedule.

We have been working feverishly here at Ebates today to send out your payments. The checks have hit the mail, and the Paypal payments are processing through Paypal, and we even had a chili cook-off to honor the occasion.


As long as you earned at least $5.01 in Cash Back by March 31st, and we have your name and address on-file look for your payment in your mailbox soon.

There is a mountain of checks forming in the far corner of Ebates headquarters. It's that time again already, and we are processing payments as fast as we can to send them out on Friday, May 15th. Of course, we don't stack up postal trays full of Paypal payments, but those are being processed as well.

You may see your Ebates account change in coming days, if it has not changed already. When this happens, the funds move from "Cash Pending" to "Cash Back History".

The first step in the process for us if finding out who we are going to pay this time around. Not only do you have to have at least $5.01 in cash back for orders prior to April 1st, but we have to make sure that we know where to send your money. You'd be surprised at how many shoppers forget to enter their name and mailing address into their Ebates account profile. If we don't know your name and address, we can't send out the money.

Take a minute today to check on your account profile. Make sure we don't have an old address, or no address at all. Remember, we need your name and mailing address, even if you are scheduled to get your payment via Paypal.

I have to admit that we weren't completely prepared for the wave of email that came in.
