Good news! We were able to get out payments sent out a couple days early this quarter.   The checks are now in the mail, and Paypal payments are currently being processed through Paypal. We hope that you have a great time with your Big Fat Payments from Ebates!

If you expected a payment and you don't see that one is on the way to you, please make sure that you earned at least $5.01 in cash back for orders made prior to October 1st. Sign up or other bonuses do not count toward the needed $5.01. Also, make sure that we have your name and mailing address on file.

November is a wild time here at Ebates. You can really feel the holiday shopping season suddenly start up. Not only do we start to see incredible deals like the November Double promotion, but we also send out payments to our members on the 15th. It is great to send out money to our members that can be used right away to buy holiday gifts for friends and family.

Over the next few days, we will be transferring your pending Cash Back balance into a payment to be sent out by November 15th. Once your funds are processed, the eligible orders will be moved from your "Cash Pending" to your "Cash Back History" in your Ebates account.

We have currently done this for many members, but the process doesn't happen all at once.   Your patience is appreciated as we process all eligible accounts. By November 15th we will get to everyone who qualifies, and payments will be sent out by check or by Paypal. When we send your payment, we will also send you an email to let you know that it is on the way.

Please keep in mind that in order to get a payment by November 15th, you needed to earn at least $5.01 in Cash Back for orders made prior to October 1st. Promotional and referral bonuses do not count toward the needed $5.01. If you need more information, please see our Help page that contains the payment schedule.

Cash Back from Ebates is even better when it comes early.  We were able to send out check to all qualified Ebates accounts.  If you use Paypal, your payment has probably already arrived.

Due to an error with one of our partner companies, you may have a received an email from Ebates stating that a recent order had been canceled. For many orders, this message was generated by mistake. I just wanted to let you know that we are a little behind in answering your email to Ebates Customer Care. Since we sent out thousands of checks and Paypal payments on May 15th, a lot of you wrote in with questions. We are currently taking time with each question and getting responses out as fast as we can. Your patience is appreciated.

For example, you can go to our Top Questions to view a schedule of when your payment should be sent, and what Cash Back it will include.

We have been working feverishly here at Ebates today to send out your payments. The checks have hit the mail, and the Paypal payments are processing through Paypal, and we even had a chili cook-off to honor the occasion.


As long as you earned at least $5.01 in Cash Back by March 31st, and we have your name and address on-file look for your payment in your mailbox soon.

There is a mountain of checks forming in the far corner of Ebates headquarters. It's that time again already, and we are processing payments as fast as we can to send them out on Friday, May 15th. Of course, we don't stack up postal trays full of Paypal payments, but those are being processed as well. 

As long as you earned $5.01 in Cash Back by March 31st, and we have your name and mailing address on file in your Ebates profile, we are getting a payment ready for you now. You may see your Ebates account change in coming days, if it has not changed already. When this happens, the funds move from "Cash Pending" to "Cash Back History".

I just wanted to keep you in the loop. Ebates is sending out money again, and it's happening real soon!

It probably doesn't surprise you, but my favorite part of working at Ebates is helping shoppers like you get your checks and Paypal payments every three months. I know how it is to shop through Ebates and watch the money pile up, but it's never truly real until I have the money in my wallet or bank account.

It's about that time again! Soon we will be stacking up postal trays full of checks to be sent out on May 15th.

The first step in the process for us if finding out who we are going to pay this time around. Not only do you have to have at least $5.01 in cash back for orders prior to April 1st, but we have to make sure that we know where to send your money. You'd be surprised at how many shoppers forget to enter their name and mailing address into their Ebates account profile. If we don't know your name and address, we can't send out the money.

Take a minute today to check on your account profile. Make sure we don't have an old address, or no address at all. Remember, we need your name and mailing address, even if you are scheduled to get your payment via Paypal.

It has been a wild month for Ebates Customer Care. Right after we mailed more checks and Paypal payments than we have ever sent out in the past ten years, many members wrote to us with questions and concerns. I have to admit that we weren't completely prepared for the wave of email that came in. In fact, we are still working (even Saturdays!) to get to all of your messages.  We expect to get to all the mail within the next two weeks. So, if you have been waiting for a response, we appreciate your patience. We hope to get to your message next.
