Regardless Of The Groundhog...

I'm shopping for Spring now, and why not? February is when Spring fashion starts rearing its flimsy, light-hearted head, and I'm tired of stocking up on sweaters and other dowdy clothing. Regardless of Punxsutawney Phil not seeing his shadow, my thoughts are filled with this season's neutral palette and 90's influences. As my Spring wish list grows, so does my desire to keep prices within a respectable amount, so I'm thrilled the following two items are both under $150.

Anne Floral DressThis Spring's floral palette isn't like the bold, oversized patterns of recent years. Instead, it's more more like the prints worn by 90's fashionistas Winona Ryder, Drew Barrymore, and Bridgette Fonda. This Anne Floral Dress looks as if it stepped out of the movie Reality Bites, and I can't help but feel a bit nostalgic for a time when ripped flannel and Doc Martens were de rigeur. Made of silk, this dress looks like it would be priced above $200, but it's just $145 with 6.0% Cash Back at Shopbop. Before the air warms up, this dress will look cute over dark tights and paired with heavy boots. If only I had kept mine!

Botticelli WedgeAnother trend I'm loving this season is a neutral palette. Personally I'm not found of neutral colors against my skin (olive skin is tricky this way) but as for accessories, I'm all about it. This Botticelli Wedge from Endless comes in a light beige color and features a wedge heel just shy of an inch. Not only are these easy to walk in, but they're pretty versatile. Whether you pair these with the dress above, or with jeans, you'll be on trend while spending a mere $62. Besides the great price, shopping at Endless means you'll get Free Overnight Shipping and, of course, 6.0% Cash Back.
