November is a wild time here at Ebates. You can really feel the holiday shopping season suddenly start up. Not only do we start to see incredible deals like the November Double promotion, but we also send out payments to our members on the 15th. It is great to send out money to our members that can be used right away to buy holiday gifts for friends and family.

Over the next few days, we will be transferring your pending Cash Back balance into a payment to be sent out by November 15th. Once your funds are processed, the eligible orders will be moved from your "Cash Pending" to your "Cash Back History" in your Ebates account.

We have currently done this for many members, but the process doesn't happen all at once.   Your patience is appreciated as we process all eligible accounts. By November 15th we will get to everyone who qualifies, and payments will be sent out by check or by Paypal. When we send your payment, we will also send you an email to let you know that it is on the way.

Please keep in mind that in order to get a payment by November 15th, you needed to earn at least $5.01 in Cash Back for orders made prior to October 1st. Promotional and referral bonuses do not count toward the needed $5.01. If you need more information, please see our Help page that contains the payment schedule.
