Here in the Bay Area, it's been foggier than a London sauna- without the heat. With fall fast approaching, it's time for dog owners to cover their pups and protect them from the crisp autumn weather.

The ASPCA says if your dog is a short-haired breed, "Consider getting him a coat or sweater with a high collar or turtleneck with coverage from the base of the tail to the belly. For many dogs, this is regulation winter wear."

I've got mixed feelings about this. There's something slightly annoying about a bichon frise in a dickey, but if it's necessary to keep them warm and protected, then I guess you've gotta do it! Do any of you dog owners dress up your dogs for the winter? Holidays? Bar mitzvahs?
